The Rugby Public School District #5
serves approximately 565 students in grades
K-12 and encompasses a geographic area of 800 square miles surrounding the community
of Rugby.
In addition to a strong academic core, the Rugby Public Schools offer additional
curricular and co-curricular opportunities for students to expand their interests
in Fine Arts, Technology, Foreign Languages, and an array of Career and Technical
offerings including Agriculture, and Business and Office Tech. Distance learning
technology also provides opportunities for Rugby students to access a further expanded
curriculum and college level courses through North Dakota University System institutions
and the Dual Credit program.
Rugby Schools are fully accredited by the North Dakota
Department of Public Instruction and the
North Central Association (NCA).
