Village Arts, Inc. is the local arts council for Rugby, ND. Founded in 1967, the mission of Village Arts, Inc. is to provide opportunities that stimulate interest and participation in the fine arts of music, theatre arts, dance, writing and visual art. The corporation will strive to aid anyone interested in developing skills in the arts and will diligently foster arts appreciation and a lively arts environment in the region.
